Chicago based hospitality group is seeking an opening General Manager for their newest project, a chef-driven, scratch kitchen to the heart of Lincoln Park, serving up classic red-sauce Italian with a wine and cocktail program to match. This will be the neighborhood go-to for great food, great drinks, and great hospitality. We need a rockstar General Manager to bring it all to life! • Manage daily operations, including hiring, training, financials, and service standards.
• Work closely with the chef and bar team to ensure seamless execution of our scratch kitchen and beverage program.
• Drive business growth with strong financial acumen, community engagement, and creative problem-solving.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A seasoned pro in restaurant openings, comfortable setting up systems and leading from day one.
• A people person who thrives on guest interaction and building relationships.
• A hands-on leader who’s actionable, decisive, and always ahead of the game.
• Experienced with P&L management, staffing, and high-volume operations.
• Passionate about Italian food, great service, and creating an incredible guest experience.
